Simple 3-Day Diet Detox

Body detoxification can be conducted in many ways through diet changes, herbal teas, sauna and physical activities. Detoxification is a process of relieving you body of toxins that have negative effects on our immunity system. Most people consume foods full of pesticides and hormones as well as too much meat and sugar. Besides that the majority of people spend most of their time in a contaminated environment, breath polluted air, smoke and drink so toxins just keep accumulating.





The stimulating process primarily affects kidneys, liver and intestines so have to think about the health of these organs. Body detoxification is good for mental health as it reduces the effects of stress. The symptom of excess toxins may include: headaches, skin problems, bad breath and body odor, candida, listlessness, poor memory, stomach bloating and gas, indigestion, weight increase or excessive weight loss, constipation, premature aging and various diseases.

Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the quality of the nutrients. There are many reasons why food should have the roll of medications because a healthy diet is also a way of detoxifying the body. Expert are regularly reminding us that the most effective and practical way of body detoxification is to stop consuming industrial food. For the first two to three days you should drink plenty of water and eat fruits and vegetables.

Detox diet
Drink a tablespoon of grounded flaxseed with a glass of water every morning. During detoxification and after this process you should avoid coffee and cigarettes as much as possible.

Day 1
Drink a glass of warm water mixed with one half of lemon juice in the morning.
For the rest of the day you can eat grapes or any similar fruits any time you feel hungry. It is recommended that you consume maximum 2 pounds of fresh fruits each day. Drink at least eight glasses a water every day or consume herbal and detox teas. A lot of people find ginger tea refreshing and effective as well as carrot, celery and apple juices.

Day 2
In the morning you should drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice. For the rest of the day you should prepare yourself for plenty of water, herbal teas and around eight glasses fruit juices.


Day 3
For breakfast you should eat some fresh vegetables that you like and drink plenty of water and herbal teas. If you find it difficult to eat raw fruits you can mix them with fruits. For lunch eat vegetable salad, raw vegetables or briefly boiled. After lunch drink plenty of water and herbal teas to stimulate the release of toxins. For dinner you can try the vegetable soup before the main course. 

There are hundreds of plants that are beneficial for body purification and organism strengthening. They are easy find and they often don't cost a lot of money.

- Garlic is a natural antibiotic that cleans and decreases fat content in the blood.

- The dandelion filters toxins and helps purify the liver as well as the blood circulation.

- Ground pepper stimulates the elimination of liquid and sweat production.

- Burdock root is good for purifying the skin because it has pronounced antibacterial and antifungal properties that may improve the liver function.

- Sarsaparilla root contains saponins which destroy microbes and toxins.

- Oregon grape root stimulates and purifies the colon.




A lot of teas are considered to stimulate the body detoxification process so you can find a lot of detox tea products on the market. The diet detoxification process will refresh your body and the toxins will have to go through the bloodstream and during that time you may feel some effects like rashes, unpleasant bodily odor, bad breath, nausea, runny nose, diarrhea or constipation. If you keep your patients and become persistent you will see positive result in no time.  All of these symptoms are a sign that the organism is getting rid of these toxins so you should drink plenty of water.
